Herein lies the struggle...
I was doing great. Focused and on track with my weight loss and exercise. Then, I was volunteering one night during the dinner hour and I was starving afterward. A bunch of us went to a Mexican restaurant...lots of guacamole and margaritas later I came home and went to bed.
Of course, I woke up puffy the next day. Of course, I weighed two pounds more the next day. Yikes. I have spiraled back out of control again. So here I am two days later drinking tons of water and barely eating a thing. I also could not work out today as I was a bit under the weather.
One good thing is that I am finding it takes me fewer days to get back on track. However, this truly is going to be a lifelong focus for me. I will always have to watch my eating habits. That just stinks!!
