Okay. Here I am laying my whole weight loss journey on the line.
Today I weigh 174.5 pounds. I am thrilled to weigh less than I was a few days ago. I am horrified that I way 15 pounds more than I did this time last year. None of my summer clothes fit. What's worse is that last year I wore sleepless tops and caper pants. Last night I went out to dinner in long pants an a 3/4 sleeve top. I am hiding! Gone are the sexy shoulders and somewhat sculpted arms.
Today is the first day of serious action. I am working out like a fiend. I am doing 40-50 min of card everyday and lifting weights as well (this is my affirmation!). However, I have found this will change the appearance of my body and not the volume of my body. Good eating habits will change my size.
I am committing to awesome eating habits for the next several months. My body deserves it. I deserve it!
