Want to lose weight? Do these 2 things consistently!
Drink your water. Drink 1 ounce for every pound you weigh. You have heard this before...but, it is so good it bears repeating. Half of the time that you are hungry, you are really just thirsty. Drink, drink, drink. If you drink caffeinated beverages or those with artificial sweeteners, don't count those as water. Some believe you may want to drink more water as these beverages deplete your body of water.
Move. Whatever exercise means to you...just do it! I have Multiple Sclerosis (see my blog www.mylifewithms.com) so I can not walk that much but I work out almost every day with 30-40 minutes of cardio and 30-40 minutes of rigorous weight lifting in the hopes that I will get slimmer and be able to move more with my MS.
P.S. Stay away from sugar. There is simply nothing good about it when it comes to weight loss!
