Weight Loss "Rules" To Live By
Everytime you put something in your mouth, ask if this will get you to your weight loss goal before you put it in your mouth.
Great Weight Loss "Rules"
-Eat 6 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
-Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
-Exercise/workout each day.
-Stop eating chips/salsa and potato chips.
-Make good food choices so to fuel your body.
-Eat little or no carbs after 5 p.m.
-Stop buying sweet snacks.
-Live a more active life.
-Limit mindless tv-watching.
Adopt one of these new weight loss rules each day and you will begin to see changes in your thought process as well as your weight.
