Weight Loss and Momentum!
Okay it is February 5th, is your momentum to lose weight where it was on January 1st? If not, why not? Aren't your goals just as important? Won't you feel fabulous by summer if you are even 10 pounds slimmer? Then get back on that losing weight bandwagon!
I recently started up Weight Watchers again (this would be the twentieth time in my life!). I have been wanting to lose weight and get focused for a long time. I really thought that I was focused and doing the right things for weight loss but boy did I realize I was wrong! I slipped like so many of us do with trying to achieve something without a plan. I also realized I was eating a lot more than I thought I was (big shocker)!
To lose weight you can not practice maintenance tactics when what you really need is a guerrilla marketing approach. And, of course, as with every time that I join Weight Watchers, I realize that losing weight is not nearly as difficult as I make it out to be. It is simply calories in and calories out. That's is it. It is adding and subtraction.
Isn't it worth a little thought and planning to do what you know will bring huge rewards with just a little focused effort?
