Weight Loss Ups and Downs
Okay, every day is a struggle to try to lose weight. We all know this. Just Friday, I decided I could not go to a fabulous family wedding so I would eat until my heart's content from Friday to Sunday night...since I didn't have to squeeze into some skinny outfit. So weight loss cares were out of my head as I ate with reckless abandon.
I gained a little over 5 pounds!!
Lo and behold, as it turns out, I am going to the wedding in four weeks and now I need to lose even more weight than I starting out needing to lose. Can you believe it? I ate Taco Bell, KFC and pizza plus countless chocolates and cookies all weekend. I am puffy and miserable. And did I mention I have to get into a skinny suit for the wedding?
So, as you could imagine, I awoke this morning with new weight loss discipline on my head. Clearly, I am going to have to call in the big guns so I am:
- not eating carbs at night
- not eating any sweets
- not going over my Weight Watchers alloted points for 3.75 weeks
