Losing Weight - It sure feels great!
In my constant quest to lose weight, I have forgotten how wonderful you feel when you do lose weight. Even just a couple of pounds.
My weight loss is occuring very slowly (which is the safest afterall) but wow, do I notice today my body feeling a little bit smaller. This is almost enough to make me stop wanting chocolate bunnies!
Have you ever noticed that a little victory helps give you the stamina to do what you need to do to perservere to the next success? I feel this all of the time with weight loss. The little victory I had today with my workout pants not being so tight that my panty lines showed through was just what I needed to curb my appetite today.
I want to watch what I eat just to experience another, small as it may be, victory in weight loss tomorrow -- which will spur me onto the next day. Weight loss occurs one day at a time.
